Do your mini folding scooters fit into all types of passenger vehicles ?

Yes, we have carried out a number of tests and we were able to fit one of our mini folding scooters into the boot of a small 2-door, hatch-back vehicle./p>

Will the mini folding scooter cause any damage to the interior of the boot of my passenger vehicle ?

Generally speaking, no, because the mini folding scooters are fitted inside a made to measure, dust-proof bag, thereby preventing any damage to the interior of the boot of your vehicle.

Do the chauffeurs have adequate driving experience ?

Yes, all of our chauffeurs have many hours of driving experience and each chauffeur is carefully selected by us beforehand and we only employ the chauffeur once he/she has successfully completed a practical and theoretical driving examination.

Can I make use of a Superbob service outside of normal operating hours ?

Please feel free to contact us and we can see if it's possibly to arrange something for you outside of normal operating hours.

I would like to cancel a reservation, how do I go about it ?

You can cancel a reservation with us, up to 24 hours before the initial time of departure and there will be no extra charge involved.

Can the chauffeur drive in all types of passenger vehicles with either automatic or manual gear change?

Yes, all of our chauffeurs can drive in all types of passenger vehicles where a "B" driving license is required and they are also capable of driving in passenger vehicles with either automatic or manual gear change.

Where do I meet with the chauffeur and how do I recognise the chauffeur who will be driving me home ?

Please call us and tell us where your passenger-car is parked, then we will make sure the Superbob chauffeur will be ready and waiting for you at your vehicle. The Superbob chauffeur can be easily identified by the bright orange coloured jacket that he/she will be wearing.
